Who we are

Caresque Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16160381. Registered office and postal address: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Contact us about privacy at hello@caresque.co.uk.

What we collect through our forms

When you use our contact form or ask for a discovery call, we collect your name, email address and message, and anything else you choose to give us: your organisation, phone number, the services you are interested in, the times that suit you and how you heard about us.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details only to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in answering enquiries about our services, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who handles it for us

Form messages are sent to our inbox by Resend, our email sending provider, acting as our processor. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Our email is hosted by Fasthosts. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Form messages are not stored on this website. We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, our client terms explain how long we keep records.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising. See our cookie notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email hello@caresque.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

Please tell us first if you are unhappy. You also have the right to complain to the UK data protection regulator.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date it was last updated. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
